Last month I took some photos of my nephew Nikhail. My sister-in-law and nephew were over and the morning of the shoot it was just pouring rain! I was worried that we would have to do it another day. Then I remembered that  Langara has some covered areas, problem solved! Another concern of mine was that last year when I tried to do a family photo session with them Nikhail was just not into it. I was really nervous that this was going to happen again. So we made sure we spoke to him before and explained what we were going to do and of course had to bribe him! Right before we were heading out something happened and he was upset. I said we cannot leave until he is happy because it will show in his pictures. So we waited a bit and I asked him if he was happy and he said yes, thank goodness! So we headed out in the pouring rain and we did the photo shoot (luckily in a covered area). It was quite the experience! We started off and like I said it was a covered area and Nikhail very quickly realized that when he made noises it would echo. So he was of course making all sorts of noises one being a “mooooo” sound, lol. Later in the session I asked him to tell me a story and he was very animated about it. What the story was I couldn’t tell you but it got him to stay in one spot for a few minutes! All in all to my relief he was cooperative, the photos turned out great and they really show his personnality! Enjoy!
